M-Pesa Foundation aims to impact 1,000 women with fistula by year-end, upgrading hospitals and partnering with various organizations. During the International Day to End Obstetric Fistula, they announced a Sh8.5m investment for free surgeries and screenings at Makueni County Referral Hospital. Their efforts, including the Uzazi Salama and Daktari Smart programs, have reached over 3 million people since 2010.
