A two-week free medical camp for obstetric fistula patients kicked off Friday at the Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) to benefit 100 women.
The free medical camp at Kenyatta National Hospital is providing reconstructive surgeries for 100 women suffering from fistula. Funded by Safaricom Foundation, Freedom from Fistula Foundation-Kenya, and Flying Doctors Society of Africa, the camp aims to raise awareness and train local surgeons. Similar camps will be held in Embu and Kisii.
